With a passion for supporting individuals and families intheir journey toward healing and growth, I am a dedicated clinical socialworker with a diverse educational background and extensive hands-on experience.Currently pursuing my Doctorate in Social Work at Capella University inMinneapolis, MN, I maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.7, showcasing my commitmentto academic excellence and professional development.

My educational journey began with a Master's in Social Work from the Universityof Indianapolis, where I graduated with a 3.452 cumulative GPA, focusing onfamilies and children. Prior to this, I earned my Bachelor's in Social Workfrom Indiana University Bloomington, where I also pursued a minor in Spanishand was actively involved in two honors programs.

In my professional endeavors, I have served in various capacities, including asan Individual Therapist at Fresh Start Treatment Facility in Indianapolis, IN,where I contribute to the development and implementation of clinical programsand policies for individuals struggling with substance abuse. Additionally, myexperience at Landmark Recovery and Hamilton Center, Inc. has equipped me withvaluable skills in providing individual therapy and counseling services todiverse client populations.

Throughout my career, I have also worked with organizations such as Adult &Child, Hoosier Families, Cummins Behavioral Health Systems, and Aspire Indiana,gaining experience in school-based counseling, home-based case management, andlife skills training for individuals with mental illness and behavioralchallenges.

My field experiences, including placements at the Children’s Policy & LawInitiative of Indiana, Caring Associates & Counseling Group, Inc., andVolunteers in Medicine, have further enriched my understanding of social workpractice and equipped me with valuable assessment and intervention skills.

Beyond my professional qualifications, I am fluent in Spanish and possessstrong clerical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint,as well as excellent organizational and communication abilities.
