Our reponse

The health and well-being of our staff, our patients, their families and the surrounding communities we serve is of the utmost importance to us here at Virtual Consult MD.  The COVID-19 virus is not just taking a physical toll, but events surrounding this pandemic can have an emotional toll leading to anxiety and distress. We are currently looking for ways to meet the mental health needs of patients, while keeping everyone safe and reducing the spread of COVID-19. We will continue to monitor the situation, and follow local, state and federal guidelines.

Here are some simple steps to help protect yourself and reduce the spread of the virus:

  • Wash your hands often with soap

  • Avoid touching eyes, nose or mouth if hands are unwashed

  • Avoid close contact

  • Avoid any unnecessary travel

  • Cover your sneezes and coughs

  • Clean surfaces with disinfectants frequently

Office visits

Today we are resuming in office therapy sessions. We are allowing 8-10 patients in the Evansville waiting room and 3-4 patients in the Tell City waiting room, at any given time.

Please follow social distancing guidelines, and wear masks whenever possible.  We will be asking patients to fill out a symptoms questionnaire prior to a visit.

If you are having cold or respiratory symptoms, please contact our office before your appointment.
